Police are investigating an aggravated robbery which occurred at a Post Office on Main North Road at Pooraka this afternoon.

At about 1.20pm, a man armed with a small pistol, and woman entered the store, threatened staff and demanded cash.

The suspects fled with an amount of cash and were last seen running north on Main North Road.

No one was injured from the incident.

The male suspect is described as aged in his early 20’s, approximately 183cm tall, wearing knee length denim shorts, a black hooded top, black cap, Nike sneakers, white socks and his face covered with a skull motif.

The female suspect is described as aged in her early 20’s, approximately 152cm tall, wearing dark pants, a black hooded top, black cap and her face covered with a skull motif.
