Police are currently at the scene of an aggravated robbery at Banksia Park.
Just after 4.30pm a man armed with knife entered the Banksia Park deli on Elizabeth Street and threatened staff.
He demanded money and was last seen on foot heading east along Cottenham Road with an amount of cash.
The suspect was wearing dark track pants, a black hooded top and a balaclava.
No one was injured.
