Police are investigating the armed robbery of a Victoria Point convenience store overnight.

Around 12.15am, two men, one armed with a wooden pole, entered the Cleveland-Redland Bay Roadstore demanding money.

Both ran from the store to a waiting stolen car driven by a third person. The vehicle is described as a maroon Honda Civic.

The attendant was not injured during the incident.

Both men are described as being around 180cms tall with proportionate builds, and aged in their early 20s. The first man was wearing a black hooded jumper and a dark coloured baseball cap with a white emblem. The second man was wearing ¾ length black/grey camouflage pants and dark shoes.
