16 November 2012 – Update – Charges Laid – Armed Robberies – Service Station/Hotel – Rockhampton Area

Police have charged a 25-year-old Rockhampton man in relation to recent armed robberies in the Rockhampton area.

He has been charged with two counts of armed robbery and one enter premises with intent. The charges relate to the armed robbery of a service station at Park Avenue on November 1 and a hotel at Beserker on November 8. The third charge relates to allegedly entering a sports club at Beserker on October 17.

The 25-year-old is scheduled to appear in the Rockhampton Magistrates Court today.
