July 2, 2011 – Attempted Aggravated Robbery – Noarlunga Centre Chemist – Noarlunga

Police have arrested a 47-year-old Huntfield Heights man and charged him with attempt aggravated robbery. 

At about 8.50am today, the man entered a Noarlunga Centre chemist shop wearing a plastic bag disguising his head. 

He threatened staff and demanded drugs before leaving the shop when his demands were denied.  

The man was located and arrested a short time later at Barcelona Road, Noarlunga Downs by a South Coast CIB patrol. 

He will appear in the Christies Beach Magistrates Court on Monday 4 July 2011.
