July 13, 2011 – Update – Armed Robbery – Chemist – Gympie

Police are seeking public assistance to identify a man who robbed the Chemist Warehouse at Gympie on July 8, 2011.
About 3.40pm the man entered the store armed with what is thought to be a replica firearm and assaulted a staff member before stealing a quantity of prescription drugs.
The man was last seen running away from the store.
He is described as being 30-40 years of age, of Caucasian appearance, wearing a dark coloured trousers and hoodie with the hood pulled over a baseball cap.
