Police are seeking public assistance in relation to a robbery that occurred on Monday night at the corner of Beaudesert Road and Illaweena Street, Calamvale.

Initial information suggests that at around 7:00pm, a bus has stopped at the corner of Beaudesert Road and Illaween Street when three people have entered the bus.

They have assaulted the driver before fleeing the bus with a sum of cash.

The driver sustained minor injuries as a result.

The first person is described as being a male of Caucasian appearance, 16-18-years-old 170-180cms tall with brown shoulder length hair.

The second person is described as being a male of Caucasian appearance, 16-18-years-old, 170-180cms tall with dark shoulder length hair.

The third person is described as being a female of Caucasian appearance, 16-18 years old, 157cms tall with brown shoulder length hair.

Police are appealing to any member of the public who may be able to assist to contact Crime Stoppers.
