Police are appealing for witnesses following the robbery of two pizza-delivery drivers in Sydney’s Western Suburbs last night.

About 8.20pm (Monday 15 August, 2011) a 19-year-old man arrived to deliver a pizza to an address in Mawson Drive, Cartwright.

 When walking back to his car he was confronted by three men, one armed with a small knife. They demanded money from the delivery driver and he complied. He was not injured.

 They were last seen running west from Mawson Drive into McGirr Park and are all described as having their faces covered with bandanas, between 160-170cm tall and wearing grey, white and black coloured tracksuits with hooded jumpers.

 In the second incident, a 22-year-old man attended the intersection of Larra Place and Brand Street in Dundas Valley to deliver pizzas about 9.40pm yesterday (Monday 15 August, 2011).

 When he got out of his car he was approached by three men, one armed with a large knife, who took the car keys from the delivery driver’s hand, got into his car and drove from the scene. The stolen vehicle is a gold Mitsubishi Magna with a NSW registration of BJ-31-SA.

 The other two men left in an older model white car parked nearby. The delivery driver was not injured.

 The first man is described as being of Middle Eastern/Mediterranean in appearance, about 180cm tall, has dark facial hair, a solid build and was wearing a dark blue baseball cap and brown hooded jumper. The second man is described as Caucasian in appearance, 175cm tall, slim build and wearing a white long-sleeve shirt. The third man is described as Caucasian in appearance, 170cm tall, slim build and wearing a dark long-sleeve shirt.
