August 24, 2011 – Armed Robbery – Convenience Store – Kedron

Police are searching for a man who robbed a store at Kedron this morning.
Around 3.20 a man entered the Gympie Road convenience store and threatened an employee with a knife.
The man fled after stealing cigarettes and cash from the register.
He was last seen running south on Gympie Road.
The store attendant was not injured during the incident.
The man is described as being around 25-years-old, skinny build, wearing black t’shirt, shorts and a black cap. The man was carrying a black duffel bag.
Police investigations are continuing.
