Police have charged a 19-year-old man following the alleged armed robbery of a liquor store at Grange on Wednesday night.
It is alleged around 6pm, a man armed with a knife entered a vehicle on Constitution Road at Windsor, and threatened the male `driver with the knife.
A short time later the driver exited the vehicle and the offender drove along Days Road, where he has then allegedly left the vehicle and entered the store.
It is further alleged the offender stole a quantity of money after threatening a female store attendant with a knife, and after fleeing the store, attempted to steal two cars without success.
The 19-year-old man has been charged with two counts each of armed robbery and attempted unlawful entry of a vehicle, and one count each of deprivation of liberty, unlawful entry of a vehicle and enter vehicle with intent to commit indictable offence.
He is due to appear in the Brisbane Magistrates Court on September 22.
