Police have arrested a man following a series of alleged armed robberies committed on taxi drivers in Fitzroy overnight.
Police will allege that the man was involved in three separate incidents where cash was stolen.
A 22-year-old man was arrested on the scene and charged with three counts of armed robbery.
He will appear in the Melbourne Magistrate’s Court this morning.
