Police have released images of a man who may be able to assist police with their investigations in relation to the armed robbery of a liquor store on January 5.

Around 7.40pm a man entered the store on Algester Road, and indicated that he was in possession of a firearm.

He demanded cash from the male shop attendant before fleeing the store with a sum of money.

No one was physically injured during the incident.

The man is described as in his early 20’s, Caucasian, clean shaven, around 175cm tall with an athletic build. He was wearing a white and grey striped hooded jacked, a black cap, white bandana and long blue pants with reflective bands around the knees.
