A man armed with a knife attended the United Service Station at Port Wakefield at about 12.30am and threatened the staff member. 

He left with cash and cigarettes. 

No one was injured during the robbery. 

Police searched the area using a police dog but were unable to locate the suspect. 

He is described as aged 40 to 50 years, with a stocky, muscular build and a bushy white beard.
