January 19th, 2012 – Armed Robbery Update – Hotel – Bridgeway

Detectives from Operation Counteract have arrested a 41-year-old man from Salisbury Downs for an aggravated robbery at the Bridgeway Hotel on 23rd September 2011.

Police will allege the man was armed with a handgun when he entered the pokie room within the hotel, threatened staff and stole cash.

No one was physically injured during the incident.

The man has been remanded in custody.
