Police are investigating the armed robbery of a bottle shop in Gladstone last night.
Around 8.45pm, a man entered the Chapman Drive store armed with what appeared to be a firearm.
He then demanded the female shop attendant fill a blue bag with money before fleeing the scene with a sum of cash.
No one was physically injured during the incident.
The man is described as being Caucasian in appearance, approximately 185cm tall with a slim build.
He was wearing a brown hooded jumper, baggy jeans and a black cloth covering his face.
Police investigations are continuing.
