4 February 2012 – Armed Robbery – Takeaway Store – Caloundra

Police are investigating the armed robbery of a Caloundra takeaway store last night.
Around 7.45pm, a man entered the Moreton Parade address armed with what appeared to be a syringe.
He threatened two staff members before fleeing the scene with a sum of cash.
He is described as being in his mid 30s, around 177cm tall, Caucasian in appearance and of a slim build. He was wearing a dark blue hooded jumper, black trousers, light-coloured baseball cap and black sunglasses.
No one was physically harmed during the incident.
