A video store at Springwood was robbed overnight by a man armed with a knife.
The man entered the Cinderella Drive store around 8.30pm and demanded money from the male attendant.
During the robbery the attendant had a telephone thrown at his head however he was not injured.
The man stole cash and then ran from the store.
He is described as being of Caucasian appearance, 182cm tall and of average build. He was wearing a black jacket, black trousers, gloves, sunglasses and a wig.
