Police are investigating the armed robbery of a service station at Woodridge early this morning.

Around 1.10am a woman entered the store on the corner of Compton and Kingston Road, allegedly produced a knife and demanded money.

The woman left the store with an amount of money. No one was injured during the incident.

The woman is described as being approximately 160cms tall with a slim build and red/brown hair. She was wearing a mustard coloured jacket and tan pants. She left the store on a pushbike heading towards Ewing Street.
