Police have arrested two men yesterday after an aggravated robbery at Salisbury.

Just before 1pm two men were allegedly robbed at gunpoint of some cash and personal effects in the car park of the Par 3 Golf Links.

The victims were able to provide police with a description of the suspects and their car.

A short time later police spotted the car being driven in the Elizabeth Park area.

Police stopped the car in Kilsby Street and arrested a 22-year-old and a 28-year-old man, both from Craigmore.
