Police are appealing for witnesses following an armed robbery at a video store in Bonbeach last night.
Detectives have been told that a man carrying a backpack entered the store on Nepean Highway just before 10.30pm.
It’s alleged the offender made threats to the male staff member and allegedly produced a knife before demanding cash.
The attendant handed over cash and DVD’s before the bandit fled the scene.
He was last seen running south on Nepean Highway.
No one was injured.
The offender is described as being dishevelled in appearance, aged in his mid 20s with red hair and goatee.
He is approximately 175 tall with a thin build.
He was wearing a white pin-striped shirt and blue jeans.
