Police have charged a 19-year-old man from Manoora after a pizza delivery driver was robbed and assaulted in Manoora on October 14.
Initial information suggests around 10.30pm, the 37-year-old Cairns North man was assaulted and robbed in Conlon Close.
He suffered head injuries and was transported to the Cairns Base Hospital.
A 19-year-old man, charged with robbery is scheduled to appear in the Cairns Magistrates Court today.
Police investigations into the assault and robbery are continuing.
