29 October 2012 – Update – CCTV Released – Armed Robbery – Petrol Station – Marsden

Police investigating the armed robbery of a service station in Marsden on Saturday night have released CCTV images of the incident.
At around 9.30pm a man entered the Browns Plains Road shop armed with a knife.
The man held a customer at knifepoint before demanded money from the store attendant.
The employee complied and the man fled on foot with a sum of cash.
No one was physically injured during the incident.
The man (pictured) is described as being around 183cm tall and of a proportionate build. He was wearing a hooded jacket, a red bandanna and gloves.
Anyone with information in relation to the incident is urged to contact Crime Stoppers.
Investigations are continuing.
28 October 2012 – Armed Robbery – Service Station – Marsden
Published November 2, 2012 | Police are investigating after a service station was robbed last night in Mardsen.
At around 9.30pm a man entered the Browns Plains Road shop armed with a knife.
The man held the knife to the throat of a male customer, and demanded cash from the store attendant.
The attendant complied and the man fled on foot.
No one was physically injured during the incident.
The man is described as being around 183cm tall and of a proportionate build. He was wearing a hooded jacket, a bandanna and gloves.
Investigations are continuing.
1 November 2012 – Armed Robbery – Petrol Station – Casula
Published November 2, 2012 | Police from the Liverpool Local Area Command are investigating the circumstances surrounding an armed robbery at Casula.
About 2.15am, (Thursday 1 November, 2012), a man armed with a handgun, entered a service station on the Hume Highway.
Once inside, the man threatened a staff member and demanded money.
The attendant handed over an amount of cash and cigarettes.
The man left the service station and headed towards Graham Avenue.
A crime scene was established at the location and detectives from Liverpool will continue their investigations.
The man is described as being Caucasian appearance, thin build and wearing dark clothing.
No one was injured during the robbery.
31 October 2012 – Armed Robbery – Petrol Station – Mt Pritchard
Published November 2, 2012 | Police from Cabramatta Local Area Command are investigating an armed robbery at Mt Pritchard this morning.
About 2.15am (Wednesday 31 October 2012), two men entered a service station on Elizabeth Drive, armed with a stun gun.
The men threatened the male employee and demanded money from the till.
They took cash and fled the premises.
Police attended and established a crime scene, which was examined by the Forensic Armed Robbery Unit (FARU).
The first man has been described as Caucasian, mid to late 20s, 175cm tall with a medium build. He was wearing a black hooded jumper and black face mask.
The second man is described as Caucasian, early 20s, 165cm tall with a muscular build. He was wearing a black jumper and black mask.
No one was injured during the incident.
23 October 2012 – Update – Arrest – Armed Robbery – Petrol Station – Bairnsdales West
Published October 26, 2012 | Bairnsdale detectives have charged a 23-year-old man following an alleged attempted armed robbery at a service station in Bairnsdale West earlier this month.
The man allegedly attempted to rob the service station on Main Street Road just after midday on 12 October.
The Bairnsdale man has been charged with attempted armed robbery.
He has been bailed to appear at the Bairnsdale Magistrates Court tomorrow.
20 October 2012 – Robbery – Service Station – North Ipswich
Published October 22, 2012 | Police are investigating a robbery that occurred at a service station in North Ipswich last night.
Around 11.30pm, four male juveniles entered the Pine Street store and assaulted a male store attendant before stealing a rubbish bin lid and fleeing the store.
An hour later, the juveniles returned to the store and stole a sum of chip packets.
The store attendant sustained bruising and swelling to the face.
Investigations are continuing.
16 October 2012 – Armed Robbery – Petrol Station – Churchill
Published October 22, 2012 | Police are searching for two males who robbed a Churchill petrol station at knife point early this morning.
Preliminary investigations indication that at about 1am the pair entered the Warwick Road business and threatened a 38-year-old male console operator before stealing a sum of cash.
They were last seen running towards the cemetery and are described as having slim builds and wearing dark coloured clothing with hoodies and had their faces covered.
16 October 2012 – Armed Robbery – Service Station – Fairfield
Published October 22, 2012 | Police are investigating after the armed robbery of a Fairfield service station late last night.
Just before midnight, a man entered the Fairfield Road store armed with a knife.
The man threatened the male staff member before fleeing the scene with a sum of cash.
The man is described as Caucasian in appearance, around 170cm tall and of a slim build.
He was wearing a black spray jacket, blue pants and black shoes with white laces. He also had a black backpack.
12 October 2012 – Armed Robbery – Service Station – Barinsdale West
Published October 15, 2012 | Police are investigating the circumstances surrounding an armed robbery which occurred at a service station in Bairnsdale West this afternoon.
Investigators have been told that a man entered the Main Street Road premises around 12.15pm.
He threatened the attendant with a knife and demanded cash but was refused.
The offender then left the store and was last seen heading north on Ligar Street.
He is described Caucasian, thin build with short brown hair, large nose, thin pointed side burns and possibly aged in his 20s.
11 October 2012 – Armed Robbery – Service Station – Hoppers Crossing
Published October 15, 2012 | Detectives from the Altona North Embona Taskforce are investigating following an armed robbery at a service station in Hoppers Crossing on Monday.
Investigators have been told a man with a hooded jumper entered the premises on Old Geelong Road around 4.30am.
Armed with an axe, the robber threatened staff and stole a quantity of cash and a carton of cigarettes.
He was last seen walking west along Old Geelong Road.
Police believe the man may then have got into an old model white panel van and left the scene.
The man police wish to speak to in relation to the incident is described as being Caucasian and aged around 25, with a solid build.
He was wearing blue jeans with green Monster brand stripes on the left thigh and a white, black and red hooded jumper.
