A 17-year-old male has been charged following a series of incidents in Brighton yesterday.
Around 4pm, a male entered a Beaconsfield Terrace bottleshop and was allegedly refused service before threatening the attendant with a metal bar and fleeing with a bottle of liquor.
It is alleged the man punched the window of one nearby vehicle without causing damage, before smashing the window of another car with the metal bar.
No one was injured during either of these incidents.
The 17-year-old has been charged with one count each of armed robbery and wilful damage.
He will appear before the Sandgate Magistrates Court today.
