Police have charged two men after an aggravated break and enter and a robbery in Narromine on Saturday. About 4.30am, the two men broke into a bed and breakfast on Burraway Street, stealing property, cash and alcohol. They were disturbed by the manager of the premises and left the location by stealing a vehicle. About 5.05am, the two men parked the stolen vehicle in Third Avenue, Narromine, before allegedly robbing a 68-year-old man, by punching him in the head and stealing his wallet. The victim suffered a fractured jaw which requires surgery. About 5.20am, police attempted to pull over the stolen car in Meryula Street, Narromine. The two men ran from the vehicle and police pursued them on foot and arrested them. A 28-year-old man was charged with aggravated break and enter in company, aggravated robbery with wounding and take and drive conveyance. A 23-year-old man was charged with aggravated break and enter in company, aggravated robbery with wounding and take and drive conveyance. They were refused bail to appear at Dubbo Local Court today.
