Police are appealing for witnesses to an armed robbery at a convenience store in Epping this morning.

Investigators have been told four masked men entered the Buch Avenue store shortly after 2am.

The men produced weapons from under their jackets and demanded money from the 23-year-old store attendant.

He handed over cash before the bandits fled the store in Buch Avenue.

No injuries were sustained during the incident.
