Police are investigating the armed robbery of a Lakes Creek hotel last night.
Just before 10pm a man allegedly entered the Lakes Creek Road business armed with a knife and threatened a female staff member.
The man allegedly grabbed a sum of cash before fleeing and was last seen running north on Water Street.
The staff member was not physically injured during the incident.
The man is described as having a New Zealand accent, being 180cm tall with a solid build.
He was wearing a black hooded jumper, black pants, and black gloves with a white shirt covering his face.
