Police are investigating the armed robbery of a chemist at North Ipswich this afternoon.
Around 1.30pm a man entered the Downs Street business armed with a knife.
He threatened a female staff member before fleeing the scene on foot with a sum of cash.
No one was physically injured during the incident.
The man is described as being in his mid 20s, Caucasian in appearance with a slim build.
