5 July 2012 – Armed Robbery – Hotel – Hermit Park

Townsville police are looking for four men who robbed a Hermit Park hotel at knifepoint early this morning.

Preliminary information suggests the men entered the Charters Tower Road business around 4.15am where they confronted a female employee before stealing a sum of cash and fleeing.

All four men are described as Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander in appearance, aged between 20 and 30 and were wearing hooded jumpers.

The 25-year-old employee was not physically injured and police investigations are continuing.
