20 July 2012 – Armed Robbery – Liquor Store – Strathpine

Police are investigating after the armed robbery of a liquor store at Strathpine last night.
Just after 7pm a man and woman entered the Craigan Street business and threatened two staff members with a firearm.
They demanded the attendants fill a bag with money from the till.
The employees complied and the pair left the store with a sum of cash and a quantity of alcohol.
No one was physically injured during the incident.
Both offenders were described as being Caucasian in appearance and approximately aged in their 40s.
