Detectives investigating an armed robbery at a brothel in Sydney’s west in April have released photos of two people with whom they would like to speak.

At 5.55am on Tuesday 10 April 2012, two men entered the brothel on Cowper Street, Granville, and threatened staff with a silver handgun.

The men fled the brothel with a sum of cash, entering a white car believed to be a late 1990s Ford Falcon sedan which was driven from the scene. No-one was injured during the robbery.

Robbery and Serious Crime Squad detectives are investigating the robbery under Strike Force Gossell, and are appealing for anyone with information about the incident to come forward.

Police would like to speak with two people depicted in CCTV images who they believe may be able to help them with their inquiries

The first person is described as a male of Caucasian appearance with a solid build and wearing a grey and black checked hooded jumper and black cap.

The second person is described as a male of Mediterranean/Middle Eastern appearance with a slim build and wearing a brown leather jacket, blue overalls and black beanie.
