Police investigating the armed robbery of a hair salon in the Lake Macquarie region last month have released a COMFIT of a person who may be able to assist with their inquiries.
About 9.55am on Friday 27 July 2012, a man entered the salon on King Street, Warners Bay where he threatened an employee and a customer with a knife, demanding money.
The pair complied and the man left.
No one was injured during the incident.
Detectives attached to Lake Macquarie Local Area Command have released a computer-enhanced image of a person they would like to speak to in relation to the matter.
The person depicted in the image is described as a male of Caucasian appearance, about 40-45 years old, 170cm tall, average build and with facial hair.
At the time of the incident, he was wearing a dark coloured jumper, track pants, and cap.
