Police are investigating an armed robbery at a convenience store at Peak Crossing (south of Ipswich) this morning.
Around 5.35am a man walked into the store on Fassifern Street and produced a firearm. The man threatened the 30-year-old attendant and then stole cash from the till.
The man then fled the scene out the front door on foot.
He is described as being Caucasian, around 170cm tall with an average build and brown eyes. He was wearing green hoodie with light blue jeans.
