10 October 2012 – Armed Robbery – Post Office – Yeronga

Police are investigating the armed robbery of a Yeronga post office this afternoon.
About 12.30pm a man entered the Fairfield Road store and threatened the female attendant with a knife.
He fled the scene on foot with a sum of cash.
The attendant was not physically injured.
The man is described as being in his early twenties with olive skin, and had his face covered with material.
Investigations are continuing.
