General Crime Detectives are investigating an armed robbery that occurred at around 2:00 am this morning in Humpty Doo.  
 
It was reported to Police at around 2:20 that a man approached the 22-year-old Assistant Manager of the Humpty Doo Tavern as she was counting the night’s takings.  
 
The man then produced a knife and held it against her neck before fleeing the scene with a significant amount of cash.  
 
He is described to be of Caucasian appearance, slim build, approximately 183 cm’s tall and was between 30-35 years of age. At the time of the incident he was wearing a blue checkered shirt, green tracksuit pants a balaclava and an old green VB hat.  
 
Of note he was described to have an extremely Australian accent.
