Police have charged a 24-year-old Lake Creek man following investigations into an armed robbery at a supermarket in Kawana last night.
It is alleged around 8.15, a man entered the convenience store on Richardson Road and threatened a female store attendant with a knife before fleeing with a sum of money.
The 24-year-old will appear in the Rockhampton Magistrates Court on August 22, charged with armed robbery.
