Police are investigating an attempted armed robbery at a liquor store in Toowoomba last night.
Initial information suggests a man entered the Anzac Avenue business just after 6.30 armed with a knife.
He threatened the attendant and demanded money and when the employee refused the man left the store empty handed.
He is described as Caucasian in appearance, around 183cm tall with blonde hair. He was wearing a black jacket and dark coloured jeans.
