September 20, 2011 – Armed Robbery – Service Station – Hillcrest

Police are investigating the armed robbery of a service station at Hillcrest early this morning.
Around 2.20am, two men entered the premises on Middle Road with their faces covered in a white material.
One of the men was armed with a knife. It is unknown whether the second man was also armed as one of his hands was covered
The men fled the service station with a sum of cash and cigarettes.
They were last seen running north east along Middle Road.
No one was injured during the incident.
