Police have charged three people after two separate robberies in Maroochydore yesterday.
It will be alleged that two males approached a 15-year-old boy in a Plaza Parade shopping complex at around 10pm, and stole his wallet.
A brief altercation followed and the 15-year-old was allegedly assaulted before the two males fled on foot.
Shortly afterwards two people allegedly approached a 16-year-old boy in the vicinity of Plaza Parade, and made threats whilst demanding his wallet. The boy complied and the two males fled on foot.
The Sunshine Coast Dog Squad attended and located the three suspects in a nearby street.
A 20-year-old Mooloolaba man and an 18-year-old Nambour man have been charged with robbery with violence whilst in company, and will appear in the Maroochydore Magistrates Court today.
A 15-year-old Marcus Beach boy has also been charged in relation to these incidents, and will be dealt with under the Youth Justice Act.
