Police investigating the armed robbery of a fast food outlet on Beaudesert Road in Moorooka this afternoon have released a comfit.

 Shortly after 1.10pm, a man entered the store and purchased an item from a female employee before producing a screwdriver.

The man made demands for money and obtained an undisclosed amount of cash from the till.

The man fled the store and was last seen running west on Durack Street.

He is described as being aged in his 50s, Caucasian, approximately 180cm tall with short grey hair. He has a large tattoo on his right calf.

He was wearing a blue and grey short sleeve chequered shirt, tan coloured knee length shorts, sunglasses and thongs.
