Police are investigating the armed robbery of a Boronia Heights bottle shop that occurred last night.
Just before 9, a man has entered the Middle Road store and threatened the store attendant with a knife.
The man has asked for money, and the attendant has complied.
The man has then left the store and was last seen in the passenger seat of a white 4WD dual cab Ute with a flat tray.
The vehicle was last seen on Coronation Road.
No one was physically injured during this incident.
The man is described as being 178cms tall and has a solid build.
He was last seen wearing dark coloured clothing.
