Police are currently investigating a robbery that occurred yesterday afternoon at a business in Regents Park.

Around 2.30pm, a man entered the Emerald Drive supermarket and asked the teller to change some money.

When the attendant opened the cash register, the man has grabbed a sum of cash and fled the store.

A female customer in the store sustained an injury to her finger during the incident.

The man is described as being Caucasian in appearance with a tanned complexion, approximately 35-years-old and a slim build.

He was last seen wearing a green baseball cap, blue denim jeans and a long sleeved beige dress shirt.
