12 July 2012 – Armed Robbery – Liquor Drive-Thru – Kangaroo Flat

Police are hunting a man believed responsible for an armed robbery at Kangaroo Flat yesterday.
The man struck just before 6.30pm at the liquor drive-through at Lansell Plaza in High Street.
The man allegedly approached the lone female cashier and demanded cash.
No one was injured in the incident and the man was last seen running through the car park towards the railway line.
At the time he was wearing dark blue jeans, a black top over a white hooded top, white runners and was armed with a knife.
Detectives from Bendigo Crime Investigation Unit are investigating and are appealing for witnesses to this incident.
