10 July 2012 – Armed Robbery – Glenorchy RSL – Glenorchy

At approximately 2203hrs two males each armed with a knife, entered the rear residence of the Glenorchy RSL on Main Road Glenorchy.
The RSL was still open at the time and approximately 15 patrons were involved in a snooker competition in the front room of the premises.
Staff were directed to place cash into plastic bags and no injuries were sustained during the robbery
Both males then exited the RSL with a sum of cash via the rear door and were last observed running towards Windsor Street.
