23 July 2012 – Ram Raid Burglary – Bottle Shop – Pascoe Vale

Detectives from the Moreland Crime Investigation Unit have charged a man following an alleged burglary at a bottle shop in Pascoe Vale South this morning.
Gesario Accaputo was charged with burglary, theft, theft of motor vehicle, criminal damage,  reckless conduct endangering life and various traffic offences, including fail to stop and exchange name and address, fail to obey a stop sign and drive in a manner dangerous.
The 34-year-old, of no fixed address, was remanded in custody to appear in the Broadmeadows Magistrates’ Court on 3 August.
