Police have established a crime scene at a service station in Sydney’s west following an armed robbery.
About 11.45pm (Friday 24 August 2012), two men entered the service station at the corner of Clyde Street and Rawson Road, Guildford, and threatened a male attendant with a firearm.
The offenders, who had their faces concealed, demanded money before jumping the counter and taking cash and cigarettes.
They then fled the scene on foot.
Police were alerted and officers attached to Rosehill Local Area Command attended, established a crime scene and are conducting a canvass of the area.
They’re appealing for anyone who witnessed the incident, who hasn’t already spoken to police, to come forward.
