June 4, 2011 – Update Assaults – Victoria Hotel – O’Halloran Hill

Further to the assault at the Victoria Hotel last night, police arrested an 18-year-old man from North Haven today and charged him two counts of aggravated affray, aggravated assault and carry offensive weapon in licensed premises.

Police also arrested a 23-year-old man from North Haven and charged him with aggravated affray.

The maroon coloured Mitsubishi Verada sedan that was allegedly involved in the assault was also located and has been seized by police.

Both men will appear in court at a later date.
