17 September 2012 – Armed Robbery – Deli – Peterhead

Police are investigating an aggravated robbery of a deli at Peterhead this morning.
Just before 11am a man entered the deli on Fletcher Rd and threatened a staff member with a knife.
He made off with cash and cigarettes and was last seen running east down Wills Street, then into Clouston Street.
The staff member was not injured during the robbery.
The suspect is described as a man of Caucasian appearance, 170cm tall, with a slim build. He was wearing black pants, a black hooded jumper, had a balaclava covering his face, and was carrying a green shopping bag.
