Police are investigating a robbery that occurred at a bottle shop in Kirra.

Around 6.50pm, three men have entered the Musgrave Street store and smashed a bottle of spirits.

The three have then fled the store, and returned several minutes later.

This time they have threatened the attendant and stolen a number of bottles of spirits before pushing the attendant and taking money from the till.

The man suffered no physically injuries as a result of the robbery.

The first man is described as being Caucasian in appearance, around 178cms tall, of a slim build and had fair coloured hair.

The second man is described as being Pacific Islander in appearance, around 183cms tall, of a slim build and had dark brown hair.

The third man is described as being Caucasian in appearance, around 168cms tall, of a slim build and had dark brown hair.
