Investigations into the armed robbery of a Wynnum North convenience store on September 30 continue with police appealing for public assistance after releasing a new image.
A man entered the Selina Street store around 3.30 and threatened a female attendant. The woman attempted to flee before being grabbed by the man, threatening her with a knife.
Another employee was forced to open the till and hand over cash.
The man released the woman before running away towards Wynnum Road.
The 27-year-old woman sustained grazes to her arm and neck as a result of this incident.
The man is described being about 180cm tall, proportionate build with dark brown hair. A colour comfit image has been prepared depicting a man who may be able to assist police inquries.
