Police are investigating two break and enter offences that occurred overnight in the South Eastern Region and Metropolitan South Region.
Around 9.10pm, three men in a white Holden Commodore utility have entered the car park of a Creek Road shopping centre at Carindale by forcibly removing a boom gate.
The utility was then used to reverse into a roller door of an electrical goods store before the offenders fled the scene in the vehicle. Nothing was stolen during the incident.
Around 10.45pm, it is believed the same vehicle was used to reverse into a roller door of an electrical goods store on the Pacific Motorway at Loganholme.
Two male offenders have exited the utility and smashed the glass doors of the store, stealing a sum of electrical goods before fleeing the scene in the vehicle.
The utility was located burnt out on Curtisii Circuit at Kingston around 11.30pm.
Police believe that the two incidents are linked, and are appealing for public assistance.
Investigations into the two incidents are continuing.
